Enrollment process

We will enroll you in the course that you’ve chosen, using the details you have submitted in the Delivery Details form above. 

Your enrollment will be enabled at our site that is especially designed and hosted for optimum video streaming for your lessons.

You are now with the professionals!

You will receive emails from us at your new site. These emails will provide you with your login details, and details of your enrollment. There’ll also be a link to the courses site for your convenience.

Your 6 months enrollment access will commence when we enroll you and send those emails. 

How long will your enrollment details take to arrive?

Very often we send login details within sixty minutes of receipt of your payment. However, sometimes there are a few hours’ delay in this process. Please be patient. If anything major occurs, the worst case scenario is it takes twelve hours for you to receive your course details (though that hasn’t happened yet.)

So sit tight and from here on it’s up to us!

When checking your email, it is also good practice to check your spam folder as well, just in case. 

Sometimes emails are stopped at the server level, depending on your provider, so if you haven’t received anything from us after 12 hours from now please contact us using the email button below, or through our Contact Us page. This has never been needed, but it’s there as a precaution in case.

Should you wish to dive in and complete the course quickly, without a break, you’ll have your paintings completed, and have the knowledge, in the time it takes for your paint to dry!
